The Services to Youth was the first program facet created for The Links, Incorporated. Today, more than ever it is a part of our mission to enrich and enhance the lives of black youth within our community. We want to implement transformational programs that are responsive to health, cultural, social awareness, career and mentoring needs in that they may become successful and productive citizens.
